Sausage and Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 3 large potatoes
  • or
  • 1 bag of tater tots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag of frozen broccoli
  • or
  • some other kind of vegetable

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Dice the potatoes and put them (or the tater tots) in a casserole dish with the broccoli or whatever vegetables you're using.
  3. Mix the cream of mushroom soup and the milk together and pour over the potatoes/veggies.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes. Cook sausages on stove top while the potatoes are baking. Slice the cooked sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Add the sausage to the potatoes and veggies, along with half the cheese.
  6. Bake for another 20 minutes or until the potatoes and veggies are basically entirely cooked and starting to get brown on the edges.
  7. Top with the rest of the cheese.
  8. Bake for another 10-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
