Sausage and Potato Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb sausage
- 3 large potatoes
- or
- 1 bag of tater tots
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 bag of frozen broccoli
- or
- some other kind of vegetable
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375
- Dice the potatoes and put them (or the tater tots) in a casserole dish with the broccoli or whatever vegetables you're using.
- Mix the cream of mushroom soup and the milk together and pour over the potatoes/veggies.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Cook sausages on stove top while the potatoes are baking. Slice the cooked sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the sausage to the potatoes and veggies, along with half the cheese.
- Bake for another 20 minutes or until the potatoes and veggies are basically entirely cooked and starting to get brown on the edges.
- Top with the rest of the cheese.
- Bake for another 10-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
