Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS

• 3 slices soft bread
• 1 cup milk
• 1 egg
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/4 cup minced onion
• 1 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp Pepper
• 1/4 tsp Garlic
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
3. Top with brown sugar and ketchup mixture.
