Cookies and Cream Fudge

Ingredients:

  • One 24oz bag white chocolate chips
  • One teaspoon vanilla extract
  • One 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • One tablespoon salted butter
  • Double Stuffed Oreos

Separate the filling from ~10 oreos and add them to the other ingredients in the crock. Save the chocolate cookies for later. Set on high and stir every 20 minutes or so until mixture is a creamy smooth texture, takes about an hour. At this point crush the chocolate cookies we set aside earlier and stir them into the fudge. Dump into a 9x9 pan lined with parchment paper and chill in the fridge ~4 hours or until hard. Cut and serve.
